Phoebe is an 89-month-old Shar Pei mix with a beautiful personality and an even bigger heart. At approximately 43 pounds, she's a medium-sized pup who is still growing into the amazing dog she's destined to become. Phoebe loves making friends and has done wonderfully with both people and other dogs. She also gets along well with goats. While her compatibility with cats is currently unknown, her friendly and social nature makes her a joy to be around. As a young dog, Phoebe has plenty of energy and enthusiasm for life. She loves wrestling and playing with her canine housemates, exploring the world on walks, and spending time with her family. Once she's had a chance to burn off some energy, she's equally happy lounging on the couch, watching movies, and soaking up belly rubs and affection. Phoebe is a smart girl who is eager to learn. She already knows several basic commands, including sit, down, lay down, off, shake/paw, and come, and she's currently working on expanding her skills. She is leash trained, crate trained, and house trained, making her an easy addition to a home that will continue helping her grow into a well-rounded adult dog.

Her ideal home will be one that can provide a balance of activity, enrichment, and affection. Whether she's joining you for outdoor adventures, playing with canine friends, or curling up beside you at the end of the day, Phoebe is happiest when she's part of the family.
Ongoing Health
Phoebe is fully vetted, including being spayed, microchipped, and current on all vaccinations. She has also had corrective surgery for double cherry eye and has recovered beautifully.

Phoebe is leash trained, crate trained, and house trained, making her an easy addition to a home that will continue helping her grow into a well-rounded adult dog. She is eager to learn and is working on expanding her skills.

Transportation
Phoebe is located in Clovis, New Mexico. We allow out-of-state adoptions, but you must cover transportation.
