Rex & Lexi

Rex and Lexi are a bonded pair of 6-month-old mixed-breed pups, weighing in at around 13-15 lbs each. They're not expected to get much bigger. These sweet, spunky pups can be a little reserved when first meeting new people or environments, sometimes shaking it off like a chihuahua might. But once they warm up, they shower you with kisses! Rex and Lexi absolutely love playtime, especially chasing each other around a fenced backyard before settling in for a nap. They've shown they can live harmoniously with other dogs and a resident cat, and they adore children, happily accepting attention from kids at adoption events. They are not nippy and are doing well with house training. While they haven't been crate trained as they have their own room, they don't seem to mind crates when traveling to events.

Ideal Home

A patient and committed family that will continue their puppy training, including housebreaking, crate training, and socialization.

Ongoing Health

Rex and Lexi are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations.

Training & Support

Continued housebreaking, crate training, and socialization are recommended.
