Cyrano, Your Velcro Companion

Cyrano is a sweet, loving, and incredibly loyal 2-year-old boy who weighs 61 lbs. He's a real "velcro" dog who thrives on human companionship and will be happiest right by your side. Cyrano has learned so much, including how to play with toys and sit for treats, thanks to his foster sister Duchess. While he enjoys playtime with his doggie friends, his ultimate joy is being a couch potato and snuggling with his people. He was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Houston where he was a staff favorite, lucky to be kept alive. Cyrano is smart, sensitive, well-behaved, quiet, calm, and obedient, always eager to please and rarely barks.

Ideal Home

Cyrano needs a home with a fully fenced yard (no electric or underground fences accepted) and parents with big hearts ready to welcome him as their beloved companion.

Ongoing Health

Cyrano is fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. He is heartworm negative and is current on ProHeart 12, which provides a full year of heartworm prevention. His adoption fee of $400 covers all his vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, neuter surgery and recovery, heartworm prevention, and flea prevention. He also receives a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high-quality nylon Martingale collar, and a harness.

Training & Support

Cyrano is an extremely well-behaved and obedient dog. He has learned to play with toys and sit for treats by observing his foster sister.

Transportation

Cyrano is currently being fostered in Houston. Transport anywhere can be arranged for the right home. Transport fees outside of Houston can range from $150 - $350 depending on the destination.
