D128 Litter Nala

Nala is a sweet 3-year-old Bichon Frise mix who is looking for her forever person. She came to us with her family when her owner passed away. Nala is a bit reserved when she first meets new people, and she tends to be more comfortable with women. She's working on her socialization skills and can be a bit vocal when meeting new friends, but once she warms up, she's a wonderful lap dog who loves to play with her toys. Nala is also a champion at playing ball, and she's getting pretty good at bringing it back to you!

Ideal Home

Nala would do best in a home where she can have one-on-one attention. She prefers to be the only dog in the household. Nala would be happiest with older children who are calm and quiet, or no children at all. She also tends to bark when left alone, so apartments, condominiums, or duplexes are not ideal. A fenced yard is a must for Nala, as she loves to get the zoomies and run!

Ongoing Health

Nala is potty pad trained and still uses them occasionally. She is up-to-date on vaccines and will be spayed soon. As a Bichon Frise mix, she will require regular grooming, which is an additional cost to consider.

Training & Support

Nala is still working on her recall, especially when she spots a bird or squirrel. She is house-trained but still uses potty pads sometimes. She is learning to bring the ball back when playing fetch.

• Happy Days Dog & Cat Rescue requires a Spay/Neuter Contract for pets too young for sterilization at adoption.
• A $50 deposit is held until proof of spay/neuter is received.
• All pets are microchipped before adoption.
• A one-time $15 microchip enrollment fee is paid at the time of adoption.

Transportation

Nala is currently located at Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. Transport may be available to approved adopters.
