Meet Dasher, a delightful 6-month-old male husky mix puppy, currently weighing around 47 lbs! While his exact breed mix is a mystery, his undeniable adorableness is clear. He is expected to grow into a large dog.
Dasher and his seven siblings, known as the Reindeer litter, had a challenging start when they were found abandoned at a rescue partner in Tennessee at just three weeks old, without their mother. The person who left them cited that it was an unplanned litter and they didn't want to be responsible for them.
Despite his early hardships, Dasher is a wonderfully sweet and friendly boy, overflowing with love! He gets along well with other dogs, people, and children. We haven't tested him with cats, so we're unsure how he would fare in a feline household.
Dasher's foster shares, "Dasher has been winning hearts over left and right! We're even a bit surprised he's still with us. His personality has blossomed so much in the 3.5 months he's been with us. He's spunky and loves to play, but is equally happy to snuggle up for belly rubs on the couch! This recent heatwave has been a bit of a shock, but he enjoys keeping cool with a tasty ice cube or two. He's a very smart pup and would be a fantastic addition to any home that can offer him the exercise and play he needs, as well as a cozy spot to rest."
He is up-to-date on all his medical care and is awaiting his neuter appointment now that he is old enough. Dasher is crate trained and housebroken.
