Meet Charlotte! This approximately 5-year-old, 20-pound lady is as sweet and gentle as they come. Charlotte has a delightfully scruffy appearance that only adds to her charm. She made the journey all the way from Puerto Rico after being found as a stray, and we believe she may have had a family before, as she settled into home life beautifully and clearly understands what it means to be safe, loved, and cared for. She's incredibly grateful for kindness and is ready to return it tenfold.
