Ms. Wiggles is a delightful 13-week-old Great Pyrenees/Cattle Dog mix who we anticipate will grow into a large, loving companion. She brings a unique charm to her foster home in Houston, TX, thanks to her Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH). This neurological condition affects her balance and coordination, giving her a characteristic wobble and an endearing wiggle that's sure to bring smiles. CH is not painful, won't worsen over time, and doesn't stop Ms. Wiggles from living her puppy life to the fullest – she loves to play, explore, and cuddle just like any other pup! She's a social butterfly, enjoying playtime with other dogs and has shown a good rapport with cats and dogs over 50 pounds, making her a potential joy for a multi-pet household. Ms. Wiggles is crate trained, sleeps through the night, and is well on her way to being house-trained. She's also a pro with children of all ages, loves car rides, and cherishes her toys. Mealtime supervision is recommended, as she's curious about everyone else's food, but she's otherwise a gracious sharer of toys and treats.
Ideal Home
Ms. Wiggles would thrive in a home with another friendly dog to play with, and a family dedicated to continuing her basic training. People who will embrace her unique wobble and appreciate her big personality will make her feel right at home. She does require someone to be home more than they are away for her developmental needs. If you work outside the home for longer than 4 hours, please explain who will be available to spend time with this puppy while you are away.
Ongoing Health
Ms. Wiggles has Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH), a non-progressive neurological condition affecting balance and coordination. This condition is not painful and will not worsen.
