Billy is located at PawSafe Animal Rescue, 348 Old Colony Rd, Eastford CT. We are open Wed 4-6:30pm, Thurs 10:30am-12:30pm, and Sat & Sun 11am-1pm. Due to MA Dept of Agriculture restrictions, we cannot adopt to MA residents.
