Sprinter

Sprinter is a handsome young fellow, around 2-3 years old, with a gentle spirit. He's a bit shy when you first meet him, but once he feels comfortable, he truly shines. He's good with other dogs and would likely do well in a home that already has a canine companion to help him build confidence. Sprinter is looking for a calm and understanding environment where he can learn to feel safe and truly come out of his shell.

Ideal Home

Sprinter would thrive in a quiet home where he can decompress and adjust at his own pace. Due to his initial nervousness and tendency to be a flight risk, a securely fenced yard would be very beneficial. We recommend a home with children over the age of 10, as he can be a bit sensitive.

Sprinter is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. No specific health conditions are noted at this time.

Training & Support

We recommend a period of decompression for Sprinter, as is standard for any new rescue dog, to allow him to adjust and show his true personality. His shyness means he'll benefit from patient and positive reinforcement to help him feel secure.
