O'Toole is a 56-pound bundle of pure joy who believes every day should start with play and end with cuddles. He bursts out of his kennel like a happy kangaroo, tail wagging nonstop, ready to explore the world with his signature goofy charm. He knows his basics, loves treats, and learns quickly, especially when snacks are involved! On walks, he’s curious and enthusiastic but totally manageable. Once he’s had his sniff-fest, he settles into a lovely rhythm. In foster, he was a perfect houseguest: potty trained, crate trained, quiet, and gentle with his things. O'Toole is all sunshine with his people, sweet, eager to please, and always trying to figure out what you want from him. He’s smart, affectionate, and responds beautifully to gentle guidance.
