Maddox is a sweet and quiet 4-year-old Belgian Malinois mix who has been through a lot. She and her sister Mel lost their home and parents due to divorce, and while Mel has found her forever family, Maddox is still waiting for hers in Houston. Maddox is good with dogs, cats, and children, currently living harmoniously with a feline friend and two young kids. She enjoys a good game of fetch but is generally a calm companion who prefers relaxing with her people and cherishing her quiet space. She is housebroken and crate trained, making her a wonderful affectionate companion rather than a high-drive working dog.
Ideal Home
A loving home where Maddox can feel secure and receive plenty of affection. A home with a yard that is adequately and fully fenced is a must; electric or underground fences are not accepted.
Ongoing Health
Maddox is fully vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. She is heartworm negative and currently on ProHeart 12.
Training & Support
Maddox is housebroken and crate trained. She is affectionate and enjoys quiet companionship.

- Adoption fee is $400 and includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter surgery and recovery, heartworm and flea prevention), a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, and Harness.
- Foster parents, vets, and behaviorists fully assess all dogs. Videos and video chats are available to observe their manners.
Transporation
Maddox is being fostered in Texas and can be transported to any state, and even Canada, for the right home.
