Billy

Billy is a 7-year-old small white terrier mix with a unique personality and a whole lot of love to give to the right person. He's what we call people-selective, meaning he takes a little time to warm up and doesn't immediately bond with everyone he meets. But once he chooses you, you'll have a loyal, affectionate companion for life! Billy absolutely loves being close to his people. He enjoys being held, soaking up snuggles, and will greet you with the sweetest, most excited energy when you arrive. He's also a big fan of walks and car rides – he's happiest when he's by your side. He does great with other dogs and would do best in a home with someone patient and understanding, who will give him the space and time he needs to feel comfortable and build trust. Billy may not be the right fit for every home, but for the right person, he is incredibly loving, devoted, and truly special. If you're looking for a deep, meaningful bond with a dog who will love you wholeheartedly, Billy might just be your perfect match.

Ideal Home

Billy would do best in a home with someone patient and understanding, who will give him the space and time he needs to feel comfortable and build trust.

Ongoing Health

Billy's adoption fee of $275 includes at least one health exam with our veterinarian, altering, all vaccinations including rabies (as permitted by age), a pre-adoption professional grooming, and a microchip with a lifetime membership.

Training & Support

We are not sure how well housetrained Billy is. But with gentle persuasion, some consistency, structure, and praise, he should be easy to train. All dogs also leave with a new collar and/or harness and leash, as well as a gift bag which includes among other things, a starter bag of the quality kibble that is being fed at the rescue.
