Daisy is a 3-month-old Great Pyrenees/Cattle Dog mix who is expected to grow into a large-breed dog. She is a sweet, curious girl who loves toys and enjoys playing with her 80lb canine friend. Daisy is always ready for an adventure and is incredibly eager to learn. She's highly food-motivated and already knows sit, lay down, come, and give, and she's quickly picking up new commands. She's fully house-trained, does wonderfully in her crate, and walks nicely on a leash, though she'll occasionally pull if something catches her attention. Around new people, Daisy can be a little shy at first but warms up quickly. She has done well with the children she has interacted with - ages 7 and up. She has a cute habit of sleeping belly-up or completely underneath her dog bed!
Ideal Home
Daisy would thrive in an active home with another playful dog or a family ready to give her plenty of exercise, training, and love. Someone needs to be home more than they are away as crating puppies for long periods is not conducive to their developmental needs. If you work outside the home for longer than 4 hours, you must explain who will be available to spend time with Daisy.
Ongoing Health
Puppies under 6 months are adopted on a spay/neuter contract, and adopters will be responsible for having them altered when age-appropriate.
Training & Support
Like any young puppy, she's still learning good manners, including keeping those puppy nips in check and recognizing when playtime is over.
