Meet Sixx! 🐾

Sixx is a vibrant 2-year-old Black Mouth Cur mix with a huge heart and an even bigger zest for life. He was originally adopted as a puppy, but was returned due to what was reported as allergies. The truth, however, is that Sixx experiences anxiety. With the right environment and dedicated support, he has truly blossomed since coming back to rescue!

Sixx is a wonderful companion who absolutely adores his humans, whether it's engaging in playtime, following you around, or snuggling up on the couch or bed. He's a big fan of chasing balls and is happy to play with almost any toy he's given. He also loves his walks and enjoys playing in water!

Ideal Home

Sixx thrives with the companionship of another playful and confident dog, as a canine friend helps him feel secure and engaged. He is looking for a home that understands his need for connection and can provide him with a furry buddy.

Ongoing Health

Sixx is a healthy boy who is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been neutered.

Training & Support

Sixx is fully housetrained and is a master of the doggy door! His excellent manners mean he doesn't need to be kenneled in his foster home. He is very treat-motivated and enjoys learning new things and interacting with his people. He shows no signs of food, treat, or toy aggression.
