Rabbit is a one-month-old bundle of sweetness, weighing around 3 lbs. He's possibly a Jack Russell Terrier or Chihuahua mix, with a mom who weighs about 18 lbs, so he's sure to stay on the smaller side. Rabbit has a gentle and thoughtful nature, often observing his surroundings before joining in on the fun. He's quietly affectionate, preferring to lean in for cuddles or gently ask to be picked up. Despite his calm demeanor, he also enjoys playful moments, wrestling with his siblings and exploring his world with puppy imagination.
Ideal Home
Rabbit needs a family committed to providing the time, patience, training, and socialization essential for raising a puppy. A home that can establish routines, provide structure, and introduce him to the world through positive experiences will help him grow into a confident, well-rounded dog.
Ongoing Health
Rabbit is a young puppy and has undergone routine vetting, which includes DAPP vaccination with a booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccination, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, and flea prevention. He has also received a heartworm preventative injection and tested negative for heartworm. A health certificate deeming him healthy for travel is provided.
Training & Support
As a young puppy, Rabbit will benefit from consistent training and socialization. Crate training is a requirement from the start to aid in potty training, good habit formation, energy management, and providing a sense of security. His current environment includes behavior modification and individualized plans to prepare him for adoption, including crate training, potty training, and leash walking.
