Cookie is a 45-pound, 7/8-year-old spayed female Border Collie mix. She's an independent girl who likes other dogs and loves to play and receive pets and belly rubs. A volunteer recently described her as a "rock star" on walks, noting her calm demeanor around bikers and her overall affectionate nature.

Ideal Home

Cookie enjoys the company of other dogs. Due to the risk of bites, Animal Alliance does not adopt adult dogs (over 9 months old) into households with children under 9 years of age.

Ongoing Health

Cookie is spayed, dewormed, current on vaccines, and has started on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.

Training & Support

Cookie walks well on a leash and is calm around distractions like bikers.
