Meet Kiki!

Kiki is a beautiful 1.5-year-old, 70lb Northern Mix who has stolen everyone's hearts. She journeyed to us from Attawapiskat with a broken leg, which thankfully had already begun healing. With crate rest, love, and patience, she made a full recovery and now races around the yard with her dog friends, keeping up with the fastest of them! Kiki was adopted but has sadly returned to our care due to an unexpected family medical diagnosis. While we're heartbroken for everyone, we know Kiki's perfect family is still out there. She's playful and adventurous, loves zooming with her canine buddies, and then transforms into the biggest cuddle bug for an evening on the couch. Kiki is affectionate, gentle, smart, eager to please, and has a wonderfully calm side once she's had some fun. She loves treats (especially carrots!), walks nicely on leash, is house-trained, crate-trained, and knows her "place" command.

Ideal Home

Kiki enjoys the company of other dogs and would do well as a single dog or with a canine companion. She has lived successfully with cats before, but in her most recent home, she was interested in chasing them. Any feline siblings should be confident, dog-savvy cats.

Ongoing Health

Kiki is spayed and fully recovered from a past leg injury.

Training & Support

Kiki is house-trained, crate-trained, and knows her "place" command. She walks nicely on leash.
