Jeffery

Jeffery is a gentle giant with people, a handsome Staffordshire terrier mix who is approximately 2-3 years old and weighs in at a sturdy 90-95 lbs. He's already neutered and up-to-date on all his shots, and thankfully, he's heartworm negative. This sweet boy was found dumped at the Dallas shelter, likely a former junk yard dog, but he's ready to trade that life for one filled with cuddles and couch movies!

Ideal Home

Jeffery would thrive in a home with a single person, a couple, or a family with older children (12 years and up). He's not a fan of other male dogs and his compatibility with female dogs is questionable, so he'd do best as the only dog in the household. He enjoys leisurely walks and simply hanging out, making him the perfect companion for quiet evenings rather than a running or hiking buddy. Absolutely no tie-outs or electric fences for this love bug!

Jeffery is heartworm negative and up-to-date on all his vaccinations.

Training & Support

This smart cookie is already crate trained and potty trained. He knows his commands well; if you raise your voice while walking, he'll kindly back up and sit right next to you. He's a total sweetheart and a loyal companion, especially to people.
