Meet Amity Valley Kennels. Anne Seppo is from Duluth, Minnesota and breeds toy & Miniature Poodles. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual. Here at Amity all the poodle babies are raised in my home. I start potty training at 5 & 1/2 weeks, going outside at least 5 times per day. At 7 weeks all have a temperament test & get their own crate dishes & toys, playing together when we want them to so all will respond to people first & other dogs second. We start grooming each at 4 weeks of age every 2 weeks: bath, shaving, nail trims, ear plucking. All spend time in the grooming shop so they are used to loud noises, all breeds of dogs, cats, play with children on Thursdays, & start car rides at 6 weeks. I have completed championships on over 280 toy & mini poodles all in at least one country. Some have American , Canadian & International titles. All parents are champions & have passed their testing for Patella, OFA hips, EARC, PRCD, & the older ones Cardio & Thyroid. All puppies are raised in my home & are socialized with all breeds of dogs, cats, loud noises, have 20 hours in the car & are temperament tested at 7 weeks of age. For companion babies, I give a lifetime health & temperament guarantee as long as the puppy is spayed or neutered before 1 year of age. Toys must stay here until they are 10 weeks or 2#, miniatures can go at 9 weeks. All puppies have 2 dog Flu shots, 2 Distemper shots, Bordetella, are micro chipped with fecal checks weekly.
