Obi is a handsome Boxer, Rottweiler, and Pit Bull mix who was born in November 2025 and weighs 52 lbs. He's a sweet boy with an affectionate personality and that irresistible wiggly puppy body! Obi has successfully graduated from a 6-week board-and-train program and is eager to continue his learning journey with his forever family. He forms strong bonds and genuinely enjoys one-on-one training time, always eager to please. After a full day of exercise, training, and adventures, he'll happily curl up and sleep through the night in his crate. If his future family allows it, he'd be just as happy snuggled up in bed with his favorite human. Obi is ready to leave foster care behind and find the person or family he can truly bond with for the rest of his life. With continued consistency, structure, and love, Obi is going to make an incredible lifelong companion.
Ideal Home
Obi would do best in a home without young children. While he is a sweet boy, he is still a big, energetic puppy who is learning his manners and doesn't always realize his size. He does well around other dogs and cats, but his playful energy can be a bit much for some animals. A tolerant canine companion or a home where he can continue learning appropriate play would be ideal.

Training & Support
Obi is potty trained, crate trained, and leash trained, with an excellent foundation in obedience. He knows heel, place, sit, down, and down-stay. Like any young adolescent dog, Obi has plenty of energy and will thrive with an active family that understands his physical and mental exercise needs. Daily walks, hikes, games of fetch, training sessions, and other structured activities are important for his success. He truly wants to engage with his person and be part of the action.
