Lucy

Say hello to Lucy! This 10-month-old, 65-pound sweetheart might look like she was assembled in the extra-large section, but she's truly a pocket mastiff – a substantial pocket, of course! Lucy is a Boxer/Mastiff mix with a wonderful temperament. She's gentle, eager to please, affectionate, and gets along great with people and other dogs. She has a fun-loving energy but isn't a handful. Lucy has that lovely young-dog spirit without the over-the-top energy sometimes seen in Boxers.

Ideal Home

Lucy is generally good with cats, but any feline companions in her future home should be dog-savvy. As she's still young, large, and learning, a cat who can confidently set boundaries would be ideal. This lovely dog would be a perfect fit for almost any family, especially those who appreciate the steady, affectionate, people-focused temperament of a Mastiff but prefer a dog that doesn't take up the whole house!
