Whoopi - A Sweet Girl Hoping for a Miracle

Whoopi is an unforgettable girl with a heart full of love. She was found abandoned and alone but is now on her way to a full recovery after being diagnosed with heartworm. Whoopi is a true lovebug who adores belly rubs, face scratches, and being close to her people. She's a calm and easygoing companion, happiest napping by your side, and her squishy cheeks and adorable smile are sure to melt your heart.

Ideal Home

Whoopi would do best in a home without cats. We are still learning about her compatibility with other dogs, as she had one altercation with a dog known to be aggressive. A home with a fenced yard would be ideal for her as she continues to build her confidence.

Ongoing Health

Whoopi has successfully undergone treatment for heartworm and is on the road to a full recovery.

Training & Support

Whoopi is a smart cookie! She is already potty trained, knows "sit," and quickly learns routines. She is respectful in the home, only chews on her toys, and enjoys car rides. She has begun leash training with a prong collar and has already made great progress.
