Hi there! My name is Bella Luna, which roughly translates to "Beautiful Moon" in human, and "Borky Woof" in canine! As a Terrier mix, I definitely let my voice be heard, and I've got a built-in alert system for any suspicious characters approaching.
I do very well with other dogs, but please introduce me slowly and gradually. I like to take my time to sniff and get acquainted. When I'm not on duty, you can find me playing with my toys or sleeping soundly under the covers – I love a cozy spot!
While I don't mind cats, I do have a tendency to chase them, so it really depends on whether your cat minds being pursued! I also tend to get a bit mouthy during play and enjoy a good chew on my human – don't worry, it's just gentle nibbles!
I'm good with humans, but I can be a bit timid, so I'd do best in a home with older children (10+) who understand I need my space. I also require very slow introductions to men, as they can be a little intimidating for me at first. If you're patient and willing to give me a little warning period, I promise to be a super cute and loving companion!
Ideal Home
I would thrive in a home with older children (10+) and need slow introductions to men. I get along with other dogs but need gradual introductions. My ideal home will also be understanding of my cat-chasing tendencies.
Ongoing Health
I am fully vetted and heartworm negative.
Training & Support
I am partially potty trained and would benefit from a consistent schedule. I am mouthy during play and can be timid with strangers and men, so patience and slow introductions are key.
