Meet Gina! This sweet girl's journey began near the dump in Punta Mita, where she and another dog were abandoned and left in rough shape. Thankfully, a kind man tried his best to care for them, and on April 15th, she was brought safely into our care. Gina arrived malnourished, anemic, and battling ehrlichia, but those challenging days are behind her now. She is healthy, steady, and already showing us what a gentle, loving soul she truly is. Gina is calm, sweet, and has medium energy, making her easy to live with. She is wonderful with people and happy with or without another dog in the home. Gina is ready for a soft place to land and a family who will love her the way she deserves.

Transporation

Gina is located in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Approved adopters are matched with flight companions traveling from Puerto Vallarta. You will meet your new pup at the airport to welcome them home. If a Canadian flight companion is unavailable during the summer months, dogs may need to fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border. Volunteers have successfully assisted with border transport for many adoptions.
