Despite being abandoned, she hasn't let it dim her loving spirit. Her veterinarian estimates Leia is about 10 months old and weighs 60 pounds. She appears to be a Yellow Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever mix, and she is every bit as wonderful as that combination suggests. For such a young pup, Leia is remarkably calm and well-mannered. She gets along beautifully with other dogs, walks nicely on a leash, and has an easygoing nature that makes her a joy to be around. Leia is the kind of dog who could fit seamlessly into almost any home and become a cherished family member.
