Blue can be fearful and anxious in new situations, but he is currently working hard on building his confidence through training. With time, patience, and understanding, Blue's sweet personality begins to shine. He loves being close to his people and thrives when he feels safe and secure.

Blue would do best in a calm home that understands anxious dogs and is committed to helping him continue making progress at his own pace. Because Blue can be selective with his dog friends, any canine companions would need to be a good match and introductions handled carefully. He is looking for a home with children 10 years and older, a patient family committed to continuing his training and confidence-building, people who understand or are willing to learn about fearful and anxious dogs, and a calm, structured environment where he can feel safe and supported.
