Banjo is a dashing five-year-old boy who is an American Pit Bull Terrier, Australian Cattle Dog, and Beagle mix, weighing about 60 pounds. He's house-trained and knows a variety of commands, showing off his intelligence. Banjo is also an emotionally intelligent dog who is very attuned to his humans' feelings. He is loyal, energetic, confident, and curious. He loves to run and play, but also enjoys affectionate moments like kisses, snuggling, and napping with his people.

Ideal Home

Banjo would love a home with a fenced yard, as he's enthusiastic about running and playing. He is sociable with other calm, respectful dogs and enjoys children. However, he does sometimes chase cats.

Ongoing Health

Banjo's adoption fee is sponsored and includes his spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip.

Training & Support

Banjo is house-trained and knows many commands. He is a sensitive soul and will likely do well with positive reinforcement.

Transportation

Banjo is located in Springfield, MO. We do adopt out of state with vet references and a video home check. The adopter is responsible for coming to get the dog and returning the dog if the adoption does not work out.
