Meet Tucker!

Tucker is a 9-month-old, 70-pound German Shepherd mix with a goofy personality, a huge heart, and the perfect balance of playful energy and affectionate cuddles. This handsome boy absolutely loves people and is happiest when he's spending time with his family. Whether he's playing outside, chewing on his favorite toy, or curled up next to you after a long day, Tucker is happiest simply being with his people. He truly lives by the motto: play hard, cuddle hard. Tucker is also wonderful with other animals. He loves other dogs and enjoys having canine friends to wrestle and play with. He's fantastic with indoor cats and happily ignores them, making him an easy addition to a cat-friendly home.

Ideal Home

Tucker would thrive in a home where he can spend plenty of time with his family. Adopters should be aware that he will chase outdoor cats.

Training & Support

Tucker is crate trained, though he may voice his opinion for a few minutes before settling in. He's also fully potty trained. Like many young dogs, he's still working on his leash manners and would benefit from continued training as he grows into the amazing adult dog he's destined to be. At just 9 months old, Tucker is entering a wonderful stage of life where he's eager to learn, eager to please, and ready to become someone's lifelong best friend.

Transporation

Tucker is located in Texas but can be adopted locally or out of state. We coordinate safe transport and offer video meet-and-greets to ensure it's the perfect fit.
