Nomas

Meet Nomas! This adorable 30 lb pup is as cute as can be and knows it! Nomas has a BIG personality and is incredibly loving. He's independent and enjoys exploring and meeting new people, though he never strays far from his beloved family, both human and canine. Nomas is a big fan of cuddles, belly rubs, and kisses! He's quite the conversationalist, "talking" when he plays, greeting you in the morning, or just expressing himself. His foster family says he sounds like a human baby! He approaches everything with passion and is a very quick learner, especially when treats are involved.

Training & Support

Nomas is food motivated and responds well to treats and a stern voice. He knows "sit" and "gentle" in both English and Spanish. While he's still learning about leashes and toys, he responds to a whistle and enjoys playing with other dogs. He's also very good about potty training, holding it through the night and seeking out a spot away from his living area. He has not shown any destructive chewing behaviors, preferring to focus on finding yummy snacks!
