Found as a stray in Texas, this resilient boy carries himself with quiet strength and soulful blue eyes that hint at the journey he’s been on. True to his breed, Warrior is independent, observant, and intelligent. He enjoys having his space but is deeply loyal once he trusts you. Warrior isn’t the clingy type—he’s the kind of companion who enjoys your presence without demanding constant attention. A calm, confident handler would be the perfect match to help this stoic boy continue building trust and security.

Ongoing Health

Warrior is up-to-date on vaccinations, deworming, flea/tick prevention, and heartworm prevention. He has tested negative for heartworms. A health exam will be completed by a veterinarian within 10 days of transport.

Warrior is an independent and intelligent dog who benefits from a structured and patient environment.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Our adoption fee is $300, plus a $50 health certificate fee and a $200 transport fee (for most locations).
• The adoption fee includes all current basic vaccinations, deworming, a microchip with lifetime registration, and a heartworm test.
• The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport.
• The adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on a video call.

Transportation

Warrior is currently in Texas but is available for adoption and transport to a forever home. Dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue.
