About Frosty

Meet Frosty! This sweet 2-year-old Border Collie mix is a bit shy when he first meets new people, but he warms up quickly. He was transferred to us from another shelter at the end of June. We're still learning about his preferences, so we're not sure how he is with cats or other dogs.
