While her breed is a mystery, her unique look – short legs, a long body, floppy ears, and a perpetually grinning face – is undeniably captivating. Liv is a true lap dog who adores being held, giving kisses, and snuggling up close. Her foster family describes her as a constant companion, happily volunteering for the role of a personal weighted blanket.

Ideal Home

Liv would thrive in a home with a yard where she can run, play fetch, and enjoy outdoor adventures. She has also done well on leash and could potentially adapt to apartment living in the right environment. Liv has shown good behavior around dogs of all sizes and was respectful and cautious around a cat, though a cat test is recommended for homes with resident felines.

Ongoing Health

Liv is a healthy dog. She has received all necessary vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, and has been spayed and microchipped.

Training & Support

Liv is a smart girl who is already crate trained, potty trained, and knows how to use a doggy door. She learns quickly, especially when treats are involved, and enjoys a good toy.

Liv is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide through the rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
