Twiggy

Twiggy is a sweet 1-year-old Jack Russell terrier mix who weighs about 13.5 lbs. She is looking for a fresh start and a loving home. Twiggy was rescued from a hoarding situation in South Carolina and has lived her whole life with other dogs. She can be a bit shy around new noises, cars, and bikes, but with a patient adopter, she's sure to blossom into a confident and happy dog. Twiggy is ready to trade her kennel life for a life filled with snuggles and adventures. She's dreaming of a family who will introduce her to new experiences at her own pace, showering her with love, a comfy bed, and plenty of kibble. In return, she promises to be an incredibly sweet, grateful, and loyal companion.

Ideal Home

Twiggy would thrive in a home with patient and loving humans who can help her learn that the world is a wonderful place. She's accustomed to living with other dogs and would likely do well with them. We haven't seen her with cats or kids, but we are happy to discuss integration techniques.
