Phone # 706-540-9738 or 706-783-5750 All puppies will be very well socialized. We start our pups on crate/potty training before they go home. Our pups are seen by our veterinarian for an exam before going home. Our babies are raised in our home on our farm and socialize daily with the family. All of our pups are Vet checked, vaccinated and de-wormed per our vet's recommendations. Pups are kept with mom until they are weaned at 8 weeks old to learn manners and socialization skills needed for a healthy mind and body. Water Oak Farm is located in Comer, Georgia. We are a working farm in addition to raising our wonderful Bernese Mountain dogs and Miniature Schnauzers. Our dogs are happy, healthy, farm-raised dogs who are never kenneled. We, at times throughout the year, will have puppies available. All of our dams & sires are here on our farm at the time of breeding. Our puppies are up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormings, microchipped with AKC Reunite chips, vet checked and have had their dew claws removed by our veterinarian. All puppies come with a written guarantee, health record, AKC reg. application & puppy starter kit. All of our puppies are doggy door trained (started to be potty trained) and started on crate training before they go home. Our puppies are placed with a spay/neuter contract.
