Kim

Kim is a fun, friendly, and very sweet girl looking for her forever home! This 40-pound super mutt, born in December 2021, absolutely loves to play ball and is eager to please. She's a dream on car rides, happy to just lie down and curl up. Kim has undergone a 6-week board and train program, which has helped her adapt well to new things and sounds, and she knows many commands. While she enjoys playtime, she also loves to snuggle and hang out with her people. Her DNA shows a mix of American Pit Bull Terrier, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Boxer, and a significant portion of Supermutt, with a suspected hint of sighthound in there! Kim came to us from Mexico via California.

Ideal Home

Kim might do well as an only dog or in an apartment, provided she gets ample running time in a secure area. She can be a little nippy when overstimulated, so a home without young children would be best. While she generally does well with other dogs, she can be particular when overstimulated.

Training & Support

Kim is working on her leash manners and greeting strangers, and she is showing improvement. Her nippy tendency when excited can be managed by distracting her and reminding her of her manners.
