Otter is a handsome 3-year-old Pit Bull Terrier with a heart full of love to give! He's been patiently waiting at the Kern County Animal Services shelter since June 4, 2026, and is now dreaming of a cozy home to call his own. Otter is a resilient pup who, like many others at the shelter, is at a higher risk due to limited space and an abundance of stray animals in the community. He deserves a second chance at a happy life!
