Oatmeal

Oatmeal ( male )

Oatmeal is a VERY sweet boy, who is afraid of the world at times. He doesn't know how to walk on a leash yet, and he doesn't know who he can trust. But with some snacks, forehead kisses, and patience, Oatmeal opened up enough to cuddle up to me within the short 15 or 20 minutes I had him out with me. He jumped up on me, gave me FEW kisses, but lots of tail wags! He just wanted to be loved on and held. He wanted comfort. He needs someone he can lean on until he can find his way in this world. He is very very sweet. Very dog friendly, and very cat friendly ( he tried to kiss Karen the cat, but was spat at in return ). He loves to play with toys, especially those that squeak! He likes snacks, the more they smell, the better he likes them! He is particularly a huge fan of the dehydrated Beef Liver! I found it really hard to put him back in his kennel and move on to the next set of pictures. He definitely stole my heart today. He is such a sweet, kind hearted, loving, yet playful boy.
