Hogan EUTHANIZED-Medical

Hogan was a 10-year-old, 76 lb senior gentleman who came to us in rough shape. He had no hair on his body, which the vet believes is congenital. He didn't let his condition get him down and was happy to see everyone. Hogan slept through the night in his crate and was potty trained. He enjoyed walks and playing with a ball, proving that age is just a number! Sadly, Hogan was euthanized due to a blood issue that prevented his recovery from neuter surgery.

Ideal Home

Hogan needed a quiet retirement home. He would need to wear a coat or sweater on cold days to regulate his body temperature and sunscreen when out in the sun. He needed a home with no cats. He did well walking with an adult female dog and might do well with another older dog.

Ongoing Health

Hogan had congenital hair loss and needed special care for sun and cold exposure. He also unfortunately had a blood issue that prevented his recovery from surgery.

Training & Support

Hogan was potty trained and slept through the night in his crate.
