Meet Bruce, a 7-month-old, 17 lb Boston mix pup with the spirit of an old soul. He's equal parts velcro-dog and independent thinker — happiest as your shadow, but growing more confident on his own every day. Bruce plays well with others, reading and respecting the signals of dogs who'd rather not, and he adores a good game of fetch. His perfect days are full of bullsticks, yard time, and exploring, capped off with a cozy curl-up in your lap. He'd thrive in a home with a fenced yard, or with an active family ready for plenty of walks and adventures. Bruce is still learning to communicate when he needs to go out, and because of flat feet likely caused by extensive early crate time, he does best with a room of his own instead of a crate when you're away. If you're looking for a snuggly adventure buddy who's part puppy, part gentle old soul, Bruce might just be your guy.
