About Bunny
Bunny is a 3-month-old male puppy with a big personality, endless puppy energy, and a heart full of love. This adorable little guy is looking for a family that will help him continue learning and growing while enjoying all the fun that comes with raising a happy puppy.
Bunny absolutely loves other dogs and would thrive in a home with a playful canine companion. He greets his dog friends every morning with kisses and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. He is also very social with people, happily welcoming everyone he meets with tail wags, puppy kisses, and lots of enthusiasm.
As a young puppy, Bunny is still working on his manners and can be a little mouthy during play, but he is eager to learn. He is making great progress with potty training and already knows how to use a doggy door. He's also beginning to learn basic commands, including "come."
Bunny's favorite things include bones, balls, chew toys, squeaky toys, and playtime with his friends. One thing he definitely doesn't love, however, is the vacuum cleaner--it sends him searching for a hiding spot until the noise is gone!
He has a cute little "chirpy" bark that lets everyone know when it's mealtime. Bunny is crate trained and sleeps comfortably in a crate at night. He can also relax in his crate for short periods during the day.
With his playful spirit, affectionate nature, and adorable quirks, Bunny is sure to bring laughter, love, and lots of puppy kisses to his forever family.
Bunny is ready to find a home where he can continue growing, playing, and being the happy puppy he was born to be!
To get started in the process of meeting Bunny, please visit https://azfriends.org/testing/adopt.html to complete an adoption consultation form, and then come by the Adoption Center to meet with one of our adoption counselors.
No appointments are necessary and you can come and see us any time we are open. Please go to our website (www.azfriends.org) to fill out a consultation form then come and see us! We do require any family interested in meeting our dogs or cats to fill out a consultation form - this form helps us determine if the dog/cat and the home are a good match, since it is so easy to fall in love with a photo, without knowing the personality of the animal. Once you have filled out the online Adoption Consultation Form, just come in and see us (or come and see us and fill out the consultation form upon arrival)!
Please note that ALL dogs and cats are available to the first home that meets the dog or cat that we feel is a good match. In order to help make the best match, we do want all family members (dogs and humans) to meet any potential new family member.
Our adoption center hours are: Closed Sunday/Monday; Tuesday 10a-2p, Wednesday 3p-7p, Thursday 3p-7p, Friday 10a-2p, Saturday 10a-4p. We are located at 952 W Melody Avenue in Gilbert (zip code 85233).All animals are altered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, licensed (dogs). Cats tested for FELV/FIV. Dogs tested for Heartworm. All animals are available to the first family that is a good match, and if we have more than one animal who is a good match, there will be a lottery for all matches. Note that families must have come in to our adoption center and spoken with an adoption counselor prior to any lottery (when we have lotteries, they usually occur on Saturday mornings).
