Cyrano, Your Velcro Companion

Cyrano is a 2-year-old, 61 lb bundle of love looking for his forever home! This sweet boy is incredibly loyal, affectionate, and just wants to be by your side – he's a true "velcro" companion. He's learned so much from his foster siblings, including how to play with toys and to sit for treats. While he enjoys playtime, his favorite thing to do is snuggle up next to his people as a couch potato. Cyrano is a smart, sensitive, and well-behaved pup who hardly ever barks and is eager to please. He was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Houston, where he was a staff favorite.

Ideal Home

A home with a fully fenced yard is mandatory; electric or underground fences are not accepted. Cyrano needs parents with large hearts who will cherish him as their baby.

Ongoing Health

Cyrano is fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. He is heartworm negative and is on ProHeart 12 for a full year of heartworm prevention. His adoption fee of $400 covers all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter surgery and recovery, heartworm and flea prevention, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high-quality nylon Martingale collar, and harness.

Training & Support

Cyrano is described as extremely well-behaved, quiet, calm, and obedient. He likes to please and hardly ever barks.

Transporation

Cyrano is being fostered in Houston, but transport is available anywhere as long as it is the best home for him. Transport fees out of Houston can range from $150 - $350 depending on the destination.
