Bella

Meet Bella, a charming Staffordshire Terrier whose world revolves around her favorite person. Bella is a true cuddle bug, always seeking affection and companionship. She was surrendered to a shelter when her family moved, and after a brief time in a foster home, she unfortunately had a negative experience with another dog. Because of this, Bella is now a bit wary of other canines and would thrive as the sole pet in her forever home, where she can feel completely safe and at ease.

Ideal Home

Bella would do best in a home where she can be the only pet. She needs a secure and loving environment to truly shine.

Ongoing Health

Bella is a healthy girl. She does have a mild fear of fireworks and will need extra comfort and reassurance during loud celebrations.

Training & Support

Bella is a well-mannered girl who enjoys her walks and is a good leash walker, though she gets excited by squirrels and cats. She is doggy-door trained, has excellent potty habits, and is respectful in the house. She cannot be crated. Bella's foster family describes her morning wiggle-butt greeting and "flea kisses" as heartwarming. She also enjoys gentle hand hugs!

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Our out-of-state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location).
• The adoption fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old.
• All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention.
• A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.

Transporation

Bella is currently being fostered in Texas. She is available for transport to an agreed-upon location.
