Meet Dutch! This happy, playful pup has a big personality and an even bigger heart. If there's fun to be had, Dutch is ready for it! He loves romping around with other dogs and will happily try to convince cats to join in the fun, even if they aren't quite as enthusiastic as he is. Dutch has plenty of energy and confidence when playing. He holds his own with larger dogs and loves an active play session. While he can be a little persistent when playtime is over, he responds appropriately when corrected and will even roll over in submission.
Ideal Home
Dutch would thrive in a home with another playful dog who enjoys having a buddy around. A dog that prefers peace and quiet may find Dutch's enthusiasm a bit much! He has shown interest in cats and wants very badly to play with them, so he may do best with dog-savvy cats who are comfortable around active puppies. Dutch has been wonderful with children and would likely do well with kids of all ages. He has a moderate-to-high energy level and would love a home with a yard where he can safely run and play.

Training & Support
Dutch hasn't had much leash experience yet, but he is eager to learn and highly trainable. House training is still a work in progress, and Dutch can be a bit stubborn at times, so consistency and patience will be key. He sleeps in a crate at night and usually settles down after a few minutes of protest. He is very food-motivated, which will make training easier.
