Lodie

Lodie is a sweet boy who, along with his sister Wuby and their friend Dora, came to us from a life spent mostly outdoors. When they arrived in late January 2026, during that frigid Arctic Blast, they were understandably scared due to their limited human interaction. We're incredibly proud of how quickly Lodie and his sister adjusted to indoor living and became part of a family. Now, Lodie is ready to find his very own forever family! He's fantastic with dogs of all sizes. While he's discovered the fun of playing outside with his canine friends, he's always eager to head back inside as soon as his foster mom does. It seems after living outside for so long, he's developed a fear of not being allowed back in the house! He's now embraced the joys of soft blankets and snuggling up for TV time in the evenings and isn't about to give that up!

Ideal Home

Lodie is looking for a home with at least one other confident, playful dog and a fenced yard.

Ongoing Health

Lodie is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Lodie is still adjusting to indoor living after a life outdoors and may need continued positive reinforcement to build his confidence.
