Laverne is a 6-year-old, sweet, gentle, kind, and loving Red Tricolor female Australian Shepherd. She was surrendered to our rescue after her owner passed away and she lost her family. Laverne was clearly very loved and enjoys being included in activities, though she's perfectly happy letting her companion, Shirley, take the lead. She is housebroken, crate trained, and gets along well with adults, children, dogs, and cats. Laverne also rides well in the car. If you're looking for a loving and gentle companion, Laverne might be the perfect fit for you!

Transportation

Laverne is located in Burleson, TX. Travel to Burleson, TX to meet her in person is required within 10 days of application approval (exceptions can be made for out-of-state applicants). The entire household, including any resident dogs, must meet Laverne before adoption.
