Meet Athena! This sweet and resilient Terrier mix has overcome so much already. She was found abandoned and in heartbreaking condition, severely underweight with overgrown nails and unsure of the world. Thanks to the love, nutritious meals, and patience she's received in our care, Athena is slowly but surely coming out of her shell and learning that the world isn't so scary after all. While she's still on her journey to a healthy weight and rebuilding trust, every small milestone is a huge victory. Adopting Athena means you'll have the incredible opportunity to watch her blossom into the happy, confident dog she's meant to be.
