Mia is a lovely large female dog looking for her forever home! She's an adult and her breed is Shepherd mix. Mia is house-trained and gets along with other dogs. We are unsure how she would do with cats or children.

Mia is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She is up-to-date on heartworm testing and preventatives.

• We do not adopt on a first-come, first-serve basis. We carefully consider the best match between dog and family, though we will factor in the order of applications if there are equally good matches.
• The adoption fee for adult dogs is $500, which covers vetting costs, including spay, vaccinations, heartworm testing, preventatives, deworming, and microchip, as well as any boarding or transport fees incurred in the dog's rescue.
