Milo Pettibone

Milo is a 4-year-old, 55-pound yellow Lab mix with a heart of gold and a wonderfully goofy personality. He's a delightful blend of sweet soul, toy enthusiast, and a little bit of a lovable nutcase. Milo thrives on routine and predictability, which helps him feel secure and relax. Around the house, he's generally calm and happy to lounge nearby, but when it's time to go outside, he celebrates with an enthusiastic and slightly awkward trot-bark! He enjoys playtime, observing the world go by, and then heads back inside for a nap.

Ideal Home

Milo would do best in a home that can provide him with a consistent routine and plenty of reassurance. He is looking for a patient and understanding person who can help him build confidence and trust.

Ongoing Health

Milo experiences some separation anxiety, but it improves as he learns that his person will always return.

Training & Support

Milo is mostly housebroken and does best with frequent potty breaks and a consistent schedule. He walks nicely on a leash and enjoys his yard time. He gets along well with other dogs and loves to play, but requires managed feeding situations as he can be protective of his food. Milo is also a counter surfer and needs a firm hand to discourage this behavior.
