Lady

Lady is a smart, affectionate young herding breed mix looking for a fresh start and the right home to help her thrive. She loves people, enjoys attention and affection, and has done well with men, women, and visitors in the home. Lady is crate trained, highly social with humans, and eager to bond with her person. Lady has lived with other dogs since puppyhood, but as she matured, serious conflict developed between her and her female littermate. Because of this, she is looking for either a home as the only dog or an experienced home with a stable male dog. Placement with another female dog is not recommended. Lady is not aggressive toward people and has continued to do well outside of the sibling conflict. She is an active, intelligent working breed who will need structure, exercise, mental enrichment, and clear boundaries to succeed. Without enough stimulation, she can become bored and destructive with chewing. Lady urgently needs a foster or foster-to-adopt home where she can safely decompress and begin her next chapter.

Ideal Home

Lady is best suited as an only dog or in an experienced home with a stable male dog. Placement with another female dog is not recommended.
