He was anxious at the shelter, preferring to be high up in his kennel, but has settled in with his foster family. Harley is learning to walk on a leash, though he can sometimes take off unexpectedly, so a male handler might be best for him. He is not yet neutered, and his vaccination status is unknown. His foster mom describes him as a boy who is very easy to fall in love with!
